Buyer beware

Snapped in half after third use. Over-mixed batter for cookies the first two times. Too bad, because the concept is great.

Broke the first time I used it

I knew it would be a plastic material and it was, but more of a nylon type of plastic material so I thought, “That’ll be sturdy.”

Boy was I wrong. First of all it moved the bowl around at first until I just stood and held the bowl tight. Then once my cookie dough started to get a little thicker and I added chocolate chips the blade just plain snapped and is completely useless now.

It was a birthday gift from my sister and she was so disappointed.

I have been looking for the warranty information/company contact information and can’t find it. I’ve emailed Amazon in the hopes that they can direct me to the right place. If I get that information I’ll come in here and update on this post in case anyone else runs into the same problem.

The only thing that might be somewhat redeeming is if it is in fact replaced since it has a 5 year warranty.

Horrible Quality

I used this a few times and thought it would be great. Unfortunately, it had a catastrophic failure while attempting to mix butter. Great idea but it should be made of metal.
